"I first met Jackie through Orange Theory. I was really struggling to maintain any sort of routine as I transitioned to working from home, and I was feeling really out of control of my eating habits. I wanted to get into great shape for my wedding, and was very interested in Jackie’s help with my nutrition. ”After exercising consistently for roughly 2 years, my weight loss had started to stagnate. I started working with Jackie to adjust my diet to allow me to lose weight in a healthy manner. In the span of 12-16 weeks, I lost about 18-20 pounds by primarily adjusting my diet and being conscious of what I was eating. “I reached out to Jackie in the early stages of my recovery from anorexia, something I had struggled with for over 15 years. My struggle included severely restricting my food intake as well as chronic laxative abuse. I was told by multiple eating disorder professionals/doctors (including medical doctors at eating recovery center), that because of the long term abuse, I would require stimulate laxatives for the rest of my life. The stronger I became in my recovery, the more I knew being on laxatives didn’t sit well. Jackie recommended that I implement some simple diet changes and add a few affordable supplements to my daily routine. Within two days of starting this and completely stopping laxatives, I was able to have a normal bowel movement, which even the best doctors didn’t believe was possible! It had been over 15 years since I had had a normal bowel movement without the use of stimulate laxatives! Wild!! I would confidently recommend Jackie with all things related to healing the gut, gi issues, and constipation! She was also very cautious and respectful to my recovery with all of her recommendations in helping me understand the nutritional value of eating whole foods, upping my water intake, and helping me see the positive impacts food can have without having to restrict. She is truly amazing and has an abundance of knowledge when it comes to gut health, eating whole foods, and helping someone understand the why’s behind her methods! 10/10!”

“For most of my adult life, I thought I ate fairly healthy. Turns out I was eating over 3x the recommended sugar intake! I never realized how sugar hides everywhere! After just one coaching session with Jackie, I had already reduced my sugar intake by over 30%, simply because I was learning to read labels before putting something in my body. Once I got my sugar under control, together we tackled other weaknesses: not eating enough veggies and protein, and working on cutting out processed foods.
