About me

 

I am the owner and founder of Oh She Healthy LLC, where I conduct remote, personalized health coaching sessions with clients who are looking to discover how to truly make nourishing choices that support their ideal body. I’ve helped clients lose weight, have more energy, find confidence, understand their body, manage cravings and take charge of their health and well-being. 

In addition to private health coaching, I’m also a coach at OrangeTheory fitness where I lead high-energy, HIIT (high-intensity interval training) group fitness classes. I choose to work in the health and fitness industry because after finding the joy that my own health and fitness journey has brought me, it’s my passion to help others find that same happiness through learning to feel healthy and confident in their body. My degree is in psychology of health and healing, and I continued on to pursue health coach, personal trainer and yoga teacher (RYT-500) certifications. I also interned and worked in a naturopathic doctors office, and it is from this in-depth variety of sources that I draw my holistic approach to health and wellness.

When I’m not doing all things health and fitness, I’m usually spending time with my husband traveling, having outdoor adventures (hiking, camping, snowboarding) or doing creative activities like arts and crafts or playing/listening to music. I’m a midwesterner at heart (from Detroit), so I love the lake life but have lived in Colorado for the past 12 years, so am a mountain girl as well.
