About the Program

Working with me is not about dieting, restriction, or calorie counting. You’ll never feel deprived, starving, or hungry. Instead, it’s about recognizing that eating right is a form of self-respect and shifting our mindset. My goal is to help clients develop a functional, sustainable relationship with food—one that empowers them to make nourishing choices that consistently support their health and weight loss goals.

This program is for you if you feel lost in the world of food. You’re either unhappy with the way you look, how you feel, or both—but you don’t know exactly what to do to fix it. Maybe you feel overwhelmed by all the conflicting information telling you what to do. That’s where I come in. I provide the answers you’re looking for, as well as the support and accountability you need along the way.

Together, we’ll create a sustainable nutrition plan tailored to your unique metabolic body type, allowing you to lose weight quickly while feeling great. You’ll learn to make healthy choices that nourish your best body so your best-looking body can naturally emerge. We’ll focus on eating nutrient-rich, whole foods, improving metabolism and balancing blood sugar. Sessions also cover practical strategies like meal prep, overcoming emotional eating, and reading ingredient labels to help you develop lifelong habits.

Three Pillars: What, How, and Who

What – We examine what you're eating and what it’s doing for your body.

How – We look at how you're digesting that food and optimize your gut health.

Who – We explore who you're being when making decisions because, at the root of habit formation, is identity. The small choices you make daily ultimately shape who you become.

How It Works

I typically meet with clients for 45-60 minute virtual sessions, starting once a week for a minimum of six weeks. As you gain knowledge and tools to make the right decisions on your own, we may transition to biweekly meetings based on your progress and accountability needs.

Each session is highly individualized, addressing your specific goals and challenges. We start with the basics—understanding sugars, ingredient reading, and focusing on whole foods. Then, we determine your body type and identify the best foods to support your metabolism, energy levels, and weight loss. From there, we refine your intake and adjust based on your evolving needs.

What You Get

Rates

  • First two sessions: $160 each (60 minutes) – covers essential foundational work

  • Ongoing sessions: $110 per 45-minute session – Includes ongoing text support for any "in-the-moment" nutrition guidance

  • Personalized workout plans: $125 per month

You don’t have to count calories or macros, weigh your food, or restrict your intake—just jot down what you eat. We’ll review it together to identify areas for improvement and keep you accountable.

Sessions are conducted remotely, so you can participate from the comfort of your own home. Let’s set goals, overcome obstacles, and cultivate habits that set you up for long-term success—so you can achieve your dream body and gain the confidence you deserve!
