About the Program

Working with me is not restrictive, it’s not a diet, and there’s no calorie counting. You’ll never feel like you’re deprived, starving or hungry. It’s about recognizing that eating right is a form of self-respect, and radically transforming the way we view food and eating- from one that focuses on restricting and why food is bad, to one that sees eating as a celebration of the beautiful abundance of nourishment the earth provides for us.

You’ll learn how to make healthy choices that nourish your best body, so that your best-looking body can naturally emerge. We’ll work together to get back to basics by focusing on eating nutrient-rich, whole foods, and find a sustainable nutrition plan that is supportive of your specific metabolic body type so you can lose weight quickly and feel great while doing it.

Sessions are conducted remotely, from the comfort of your own home. What’s covered in sessions is very individualized and tailored to your specific needs, but in general, we’ll work with things like sugar consumption, metabolic body type, eating high quality whole foods, meal prep, tips and tricks to increase your metabolism, balancing blood sugar, emotional eating and much more! You’ll also have access to hundreds of healthy recipes, curated meal and snack inspiration for your specific body type, as well as personalized workouts and guided yoga videos. Together we’ll set goals, work through obstacles and cultivate habits that set you up for success.
